It was still dark and cold when I left Sibu at 4.30 this morning. I sped happily on the road with Michelle and it's recorded we reached Siburan at 10.00am!
Once I'm home, I could only say "Hi" to mak before I dozed off. Phew..
This evening, my mak and I went to St. Thomas' Cathedral for the official appointment of Very Rev. Fr. Aeries Sumping as Asst. Bishop. He truly deserves it. People came in full support to show their love for this man. He's one of the priests I admire the most beside Fr. James Ahit. During the ceremony, a copy of personal prayer book was distributed to each congregation with the new Asst. Bishop's background summary. What attracted me the most is the line which states, ".....he is also an avid fan of Manchester United". There!! Oh, he even fed me my Communion today. It made my day!!~
Tomorrow is a special day to all Muslims. It's Hari Raya again, and I can't wait to go visit some friends! To fellow bloggers ; Kunduran, Saytunt Yang Fabolous, rny_12, Dazeree Joan....
