Holiday Fever

100 Plus. Air badak. Air amai. Air jus. Air paip.

Apa jak aku sik minum lagik? But my fever isn't getting any better/worse either. When I'm at work the blocked nostrils made it uncomfortable to speak. Sometimes, my voice sounded funny in the middle of my speech. Tauk juak students ku kesian dgn cikgu daknya bersuara sengau kali, ya sidak nya bait jak dua tiga ari tok.
At night or during my evening nap, my body temperature rises. Everytime. For the past 5 days now.

I recovered from my "usual" flu on CNY eve and got a mild sore throat the following days. Little did I know that I'd have a mild fever on Sunday night. It got worse on Monday and still is today.

I went to see doctor last night (TQ Syidah for acompanying me) and told doctor everything. He didn't seem to listen to me when he kept saying I got my asthma. I was a bit short-breathed because of my blocked nose and the thick mucus deep in the throat (or somewhere there), and I got pills for sore throat & coughing (even though I've told him I didn't have them for the moment), fever/pain (which look like Panadol) and another pill is for Asthma (which I tak berani makan sampai sekarang).

I got my MC today, spending most of the time consuming the pills, Facebooking, lying on the bed, napping etc. And like I told you, it didn't get any better, or worse. Husband came and dropped by yesterday from his field work in Sarikei and he was worried damn much too. After sendng him off to the airport I picked Syidah up to accompany me to clinic.

Friends at workplace noticed my flu and harsh voice so they did ask whether I'm fine or not (TQ for the concern) and they would jokingly mention maybe I got "little one" clinging in there. I confidently brushed it off because I know, I am not pregnant yet. I just know :)

As for the time being, I am sneezing and breathing like hell but I don't know what to do for now. I just know, if it still goes on like this until tonight, I'm going to the clinic again soon.

And I hate it, living alone when I'm having a fever like this. So want to be home.
