I Actually Have An Assignment

Yes, people. Teachers too, do have homeworks/assignments just like students! Cuma, mine one is different from school things. (School ain't sucks, the kids are hehe)..

As I had posted in this blog before, fiance and I had graduated our Pre-Marriage Course from St. Joseph's Cathedral few weeks ago. Banyak la juak benda baru dipelajari e.g. molah budgeting for family, coping with The Fokers, breast feeding, family planning, raising children etc. Of all these topics, I like breastfeeding the most. Don't ask. To me, it's just pure awesooomee. The topic, the speaker and the breastfeeding itself.

Let's talk Family Planning. In this topic, we're told about how married couples can control birth naturally, since using contraceptive, pills, condoms etc is actually against all religions' teachings. Besides, they might harm our reproductive system. So, we have something what we call Billings Ovulation Method a.k.a BOM. Developed by John Billings, this method is always been mistaken with the calculating of the menstrual cycle of a woman (by counting and marking days to predict your next menstruation, or your ovulation/when a woman is fertile).

Aku jawab, "Masa aku tengah rasa kenja." Benaaarrr!!!!???

BOM is different as women could identify the time when they are most fertile by paying attention only to the "sensation". You know, what you feel down under. Ngeh ngeh ngeh. . No fingers involved, no tissues needed, no nothing! You just have to pay attention to the "sensation" the whole day and take note by marking it in the BOM Chart with certain colours or symbols. Few months doing so, you can see the same pattern monthly, thus your PEAK period is identified. Your husband would know too when is your fertile/infertile period and when to have it, when to have it not. Most importantly, it's NATURAL.
