The Demolition of Civilization

I'm back! And I'm watching Adamaya! Hahahahahaha!

It has been ages since I turned my tube on. I had declared war with my only set of tv in the house after series of "Deaths of Democracy". Last time, nenek aku jak on tv. Err, I mean my housemate Nurmi. "Nenek" nama manja nya, and she is a mom-to-be for 8 weeks now! Yiiippeee!~

Forget her. Aku sik mok nya overshadow aku dlm blog tok. So after she left, I would only turn on the tv once in a blue moon, until recently. I got hooked to watching the new Akasia slot (TV3), which airs every Mon-Thurs, 6.30-7.30pm. Adamaya. Sound so nooot me? Like u know me, kan?? I started watching lepas beberapa episod, and thanks to Adam's character, it became an instant favourite. Makinlah aku suka bila watak Amani (Adam & Maya's cute daughter) diperkenalkan. Give a shot, people. I'm sure you will love it. If not, love to hate it.

So lepas Adamaya, I will let the tv on sambil serey serey la molah keja depan tv, atau Facebooking sampai termuntah. And I watch news on prime tv (again).

Just a few minutes ago, I was sooooo moved when I heard about the dumping of a newborn baby at Klang River. WTF. Sik ada terbit langsung ka perasaan kesian si mak bapak masa nak buang bayi ya? I love kids and I don't understand why do some people don't. Lagi lah aku sik paham sesetengah orang sanggup nak buang BAYI? Whatever happened to people today? Makin maju? Makin pandey? Makin bertamadun? Come on lah, once you've dumped a baby, kita akan membuatkan haiwan-haiwan mulia setingkat daripada kita sendiri. Animals don't go to schools but they feed their babies still. They don't read books to know how to protect their babies. Manusia??????????

Being a teacher, and a student once, I couldn't help comparing my years of schooling to these days. Baru jak beza 10 tahun, and I see a lot of differences. We have a hhhuuuugggeee gap walaupun zaman skrg makin advance katanyerrrr.....

Almost every week ada jak miak quit schooling, mind you, bukan kenak buang sekolah. Tapi sengaja membuangkan diri dari sekolah. Almost everyday bergaduh dengan cikgu, and other cases as mentioned in my previous entry. Pening palak mikir, since I realize that one day, my future kids will be going to the same schools as these kinds of kids.

Teenagers today, they started early, they would end early. Awal gilak dah di'expose' benda pelik-pelik. Today's teenagers are going to be future parents. I couldn't imagine living with this kind of parents, when SOME of the parents yang sekarang tok pun dah cukup menyakitkan hati.

Kes Aminulrasyid. Do NOT get me wrong. Aku nang bersimpati kepada keluarga arwah. Tapi yang menyakitkan hati aku gilak, the root of the problem was overlooked. Tetapi, banyak pihak dah cuba mengalihkan perhatian dan fokus kes kepada KEADILAN. Well, here's how KEADILAN works for me. You did it, you got it. Tok bukan ku tuju pada si arwah, but parents nya. Silap polis kah yang membenarkan si remaja 15 tahun untuk memandu tanpa lesen pada tengah malam di Shah Alam, yang pada ketika itu sedang gempar dengan kes geng samun nya? It was the parents' responsibilities to keep eyes on their kids and when they failed they have to face the music, even if the music's going to hurt. Several parties interfered and offered help to assist in defending the rights for the demise's family. Yes, the family. Kalau aku perjuangkan hak untuk adik Aminulrasyid ya, memang kalah mak bapak nya. Because they did not play their roles in protecting him by disallowing the teen to drive. Simple as that. But too much "golongan bijak pandai", makin rumit jadi nya.

The courtesy I once knew, seems to vanish days, by days. Zaman dolok sik payah ada kempen Budi Bahasa Budaya Kita pun kita kaya adab. Sekarang tok, kempen sana sini, promoting goodwill and so on. But nothing comes out of any of them. Sales assistants are not helpful nowadays. Baru nak belek baju, dah dianoknya kita. Especially, pekerja Bumiputera. Yes, I'm sad to say this, but compared to the Chinese sales assistants, Bumiputera seem to be bodoh sombong and impotent towards customers. Banyak kali dah aku berinteraksi dgn jurujual Cina. They're not very fluent with BM/English but they tried to be as helpful as possible. Guna bahasa rojak pun sik hal, tapi tetap juak layan customers dgn sebaik mungkin. Sik percaya? Try lah tanya soalan simple dekat jurujual esp kat kedai-kedai cikai. Tangga kitak orang yang bangsa kita empun ya. Untung kitak orang mun nya sik nyaut, ada yang cebik mulut depan kau and so on lah! Malas nak cerita. Sakit ati ku.

Yaaaahhhh... Asal tek nak klaka pasal Adamaya, kan? I hope that whoever reads this will take this matter seriously. (Serius nyer aku!). Kita future parents bah, play your role in community today and jangan lupa bila dah beranak pinak, pandey-pandeylah milih cara mendidik anak. Bukan saya nak madah saya pandey didik, tapi janganlah sampey dibiaaaaarrrr jak anak-anak molah apa-apa yang disuka sidaknya. Ari tok tek, aku dah derma 35 sen agak Tabung Penyayang KFC. Duuuuuuuuhhhh naaaaakkkkk!!!! *ya pun nak bising!!!*
